We welcomed our Butterfly children for an unforgettable week of camp! The girls and boys stayed with us for seven days, starting with health checks to ensure everyone was ready for the week ahead.
From there, it was all about fun, laughter, and learning. The children enjoyed exciting activities and engaging sessions with mentors, covering topics such as:
- Girl’s Talk
- Health & Wellness
- Career Exploration & Planning
- Study Skills & Academic Success
- Childhood Trauma & Life Skills
The week ended on a high with a thrilling sports day and a full-day trip to a nearby National Park – a magical experience for everyone.

Celebrating Empowerment & Progress
We proudly celebrated the graduation of the Soila Maasai girls at our Girls Rescue Centre (Suswa), marking their transition from childhood to adulthood. This modern rite of passage, held in a meaningful and religious manner, stands as a powerful alternative to harmful traditional practices such as FGM.
We were honoured to have parents and facilitators join us for this special occasion, supporting these incredible girls as they embrace a future filled with opportunity, education, and empowerment.
